BEEF & LIBERTY LAN KWAI FONG IS GOING VEGETARIAN IN JANUARY!
For the whole month of January, we are joining you on a month-long New Year detox, transforming our flagship Lan Kwai Fong restaurant into the first brick and mortar incarnation of Leaves & Liberty, featuring a 100% vegetarian menu for dine-in & delivery!
The menu will feature a 100% vegetarian menu created by Chef Neil Tomes that celebrate vegetables, pulses, fruits and nuts, majority of them will be vegan! The menu has been designed so that nobody feels that they are missing our due to the lack of animal protein as Chef Neil has teamed up with our friends at Impossible Foods to offer dishes based around their plant-based creations.
Chef Neil Tomes: “We have always wanted to turn Leaves & Liberty into an actual restaurant. And because 2020 was the year of over-eating and under-exercising, there’s no better time than January to reset the clock once again and get back into good eating and lifestyle habits. Leaves & Liberty offers the perfect diet-friendly dishes that are nourishing, environmentally conscious, and above all, delicious. We cannot wait to welcome you all to enjoy the first real Leaves & Liberty restaurant experience!”
