Our Summer special has officially landed at all Beef & Liberty’s in Hong Kong and Shanghai! Please give a warm, Southern welcome to ‘The Kentucky’. This beauty pays homage to the South, inspired by the home of Southern fried chicken and the famous Southern hot sauce. Chef Uwe uses minced chicken thigh, breaded and fried, and tops it with cabbage slaw, house pickles, butter lettuce, Japanese mayonnaise and his homemade, secret ‘Kentucky’ hot sauce! Only available until 11 Aug ’19.
Other summer specials include Padron Peppers (v) and a refreshing watermelon lemonade and ginger cooler.
