The secret is in the sauce

It is topped with courgette, red onion, coriander, ginger mayonnaise and our Kwan Ja’s traditional homemade Sichuan pepper sauce from a family recipe. The Sichuan hamburger is available now until 16 June in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
