‘Lambrosia’ is available from today until 27 October ‘19 at all Beef & Liberty restaurants in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This delicious ‘Greek’ inspired lamb offering fit for the Gods is made with a grilled organic ‘Rhug Estate’ lamb patty, topped with tzatziki, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mint and cucumber, sandwiched between our signature golden buns for HK$129. For the first time ever, guests can also order Lambrosia as a special lunch set for HK$167 and includes one ‘Lambrosia’, one side and one drink.
‘Rhug Estate’ farm rears their animals in a natural environment in Wales, where they roam freely on organic pastures, free from any antibiotics and hormones. Just how we like our meat here at Beef & Liberty!
To go with this summery special, Chef Uwe brings a light and healthy vegetarian & gluten-free ‘Grilled Watermelon & Feta’ salad, made with fresh, grilled watermelon, feta cheese, mint, lemon, rocket, olive oil and a balsamic glaze for HK$49.
