NEW SPECIAL: PLAMB B

Introducing Plamb B: made with grilled, Welsh organic lamb patty from ‘Rhug Estate’, garnished with our classic sriracha mayonnaise, mint, parsley, white cabbage & pickled radish.

‘Rhug Estate’ rears their animals in a natural environment where they roam freely on organic pastures, free from any antibiotics and hormones.  Just how we like our meat here at Beef & Liberty!

We’re also bringing back an old favourite, Cheese & Beets (V), made with deep fried goats cheese, beetroot & watercress.  Our dessert of the summer, Eton Mess, will also be staying on the specials menu a little while longer!

As for the drinks? Cool down with our classic Apple & Mint Lemonade, but with a twist, as we’re now serving it frozen at our Lan Kwai Fong & Stanley locations.

NEW SUMMER SPECIALS

Treat yo’self this June to our new Summer specials, starting with The Lobster Sandwich! Featuring oh-so-fresh Boston lobster, celery, lemon, rocket, mayo, chives & smoked paprika. Accompany the dish with Brussel Sprouts (V), charred to perfection with black garlic, crispy garlic and shallots, chilli, coriander, lime and soy sauce.  And to finish, a light Eton Mess dessert with strawberries, whipped cream, meringue and coulis.

NEW SPECIAL: THE IMPOSSIBLE® THAI BURGER

The word is out, it’s official and we’re so excited to be one of the two exclusive Impossible® Foods launch partners in Hong Kong (their first launch outside of the US!) We’re excited to introduce The Impossible® Thai Burger, made with Impossible® meat made from plants, chilli, coriander, mint, basil, spring onion, soya mayonnaise, crispy shallots and garlic as well as The Impossible® Chilli Cheese Fries features Impossible® meat made from plants, cheddar cheese, spring onion, sour cream topped over our Liberty fries.

So what is Impossible® Foods?
The Impossible® meat patty itself is made entirely from plants & made for meat lovers. It primarily contains wheat protein, potato protein, coconut oil & heme (the molecule that gives meat its color & flavour).

What does it mean for the environment?
The Impossible® is more sustainable because it uses 95% less land, 74% less water & creates 87% less greenhouse gas emissions compared to beef!

NEW: THE MOROCCAN CHICKEN BURGER & JANUARY SPECIALS

We’re kicking off 2018 with a bang with a new “Moroccan” inspired chicken burger! Made with grilled chicken thigh spiced with za’atar & paprika, topped off with harissa mayonnaise, cabbage & fennel slaw and a tomato and coriander salsa.

Other specials this January include a Treacle Tart dessert, Spiced Apricot Bellini and a Salted Caramel Chai Tea. Available now at all locations until March 31st.

NEW YEAR’S EVE AT BEEF & LIBERTY LAN KWAI FONG

Tired of overpriced New Year’s Eve parties? Us too! No ridiculously priced entry fees, just slamming tunes from DJ Arnaud D & Arun R & 1 mega free-flow option.

To put it simply, it’s business as usual from 6-10pm at all locations. From 10pm-12am, we crank up the beat at Lan Kwai Fong with an entry ticket that includes free-flow prosecco, house red & white wine, Estrella draught beer & 2 sliders per person for $350 (+ pelago booking fee). Tickets available online with a limited amount available at our Lan Kwai Fong restaurant.

From 12am-2am, drinks will be available as cash bar. Snacks and nibbles will be available throughout the night. DJ Arnaud D & Arun R will be spinning on the decks from 10pm-2am. Tickets sold out fast last year, so get them early!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve dropped new, dam good dishes for our veggie & non-veggie friends on the menu at all restaurants. Introducing: the B.L.T. In a special collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery, we invite you to an interactive group dining experience with a special menu curated by Uwe Opocensky & a craft beer pairing by Brewmaster Garrett Oliver with 7 beers, which include labels nowhere else available in HK…or the world.

Through the Virtual Reality tour – Hong Kong’s first ever restaurant VR experience – Garrett will guide you around the one & only Brooklyn Brewery located in New York.

The Brooklyn Corner s available for dinner bookings from Thursdays to Saturdays and is priced at HK$888 per person (+10% service charge).

We don’t have our liquor license until September 6th but until then, feel free to bring your own wine and beer to enjoy. There is no corkage fee.

LET’S DRINK TO THAT!

To try and reduce our carbon footprint we are offering an alternative to imported bottled water and helping to clean up Hong Kong at the same time.

Our water has been filtered, in-house, using the patented Natura filtration system, which involves three stages of active carbon filtration to reduce bacteria and eliminate impurities while retaining healthier, thirst-quenching minerals. It’s then bottled, and if you choose, carbonated, in re-usable glass bottles which means nothing is thrown away.

And it gets better. For each and every sale of this water, $5 will be donated to Hong Kong Cleanup, which educates and engages the community in reducing our trash footprint. A great reason to drink up.

THANK YOU CLOCKENFLAP!

Many thanks to everyone who stopped by our stalls this weekend at Clockenflap. We had such a great time and we hope you did too! While many of you are familiar with the Beef & Liberty Hong Kong brand, LEAVES & Liberty was a new concept we were trialling out to make sure that we cater to everyone’s tastes and fancies on the day. And for sure those of you who had the pleasure of trying Chef Tomes’ experimental beetroot burger, you’d know about its impressive ‘juiciness’ and ‘meatiness’. A real feat! Point of this story? We friggin’ love burgers. And will continue to innovate and play with new ingredients more and more with your support. So thanks, as always, for being our #1 fans!
