You asked, we delivered. With all the positive feedback we've received for The Impossible® Thai Burger, this bad-ass-plant-based-burger, now with vegan soya mayonnaise - and The Impossible® Chilli Cheese Fries will become permanent fixtures on the menu & be available for delivery via Deliveroo.

In our mission to take our Leaves & Liberty initiative further, we try to cater to all guests as best we can. Thus, all burgers will now have the option of VEGAN buns upon request. So yes, that means The Impossible® Thai Burger will be 100% vegan for our meat-lovers & plant-lovers to enjoy! ​

The word is out, it's official and we're so excited to be one of the two exclusive Impossible® Foods launch partners in Hong Kong (their first launch outside of the US!) We’re excited to introduce The Impossible® Thai Burger, made with Impossible® meat made from plants, chilli, coriander, mint, basil, spring onion, soya mayonnaise, crispy shallots and garlic as well as The Impossible® Chilli Cheese Fries features Impossible® meat made from plants, cheddar cheese, spring onion, sour cream topped over our Liberty fries.

So what is Impossible® Foods?
The Impossible® meat patty itself is made entirely from plants & made for meat lovers. It primarily contains wheat protein, potato protein, coconut oil & heme (the molecule that gives meat its color & flavour).

What does it mean for the environment?
The Impossible® is more sustainable because it uses 95% less land, 74% less water & creates 87% less greenhouse gas emissions compared to beef!

Tired of overpriced New Year’s Eve parties? Us too! No ridiculously priced entry fees, just slamming tunes from DJ Arnaud D & Arun R & 1 mega free-flow option.

To put it simply, it’s business as usual from 6-10pm at all locations. From 10pm-12am, we crank up the beat at Lan Kwai Fong with an entry ticket that includes free-flow prosecco, house red & white wine, Estrella draught beer & 2 sliders per person for $350 (+ pelago booking fee). While many of you are familiar with the Beef & Liberty Hong Kong brand, LEAVES & Liberty was a new concept we were trialling out to make sure that we cater to everyone's tastes and fancies on the day. And for sure those of you who had the pleasure of trying Chef Tomes' experimental beetroot burger, you'd know about its impressive 'juiciness' and 'meatiness'. A real feat! Point of this story? ZERO Waste Week

Let’s talk trash! It’s something we try to avoid – which is why we’re the first restaurant in Hong Kong to bring you our very own purified drinking water, so far avoiding sending more than 11,000 water bottles to landfill.

But in honour of Hong Kong’s very first Zero Waste Week (7-14 June), you may notice a few extra changes taking place at Beef & Liberty. To try and reduce our carbon footprint we are offering an alternative to imported bottled water and helping to clean up Hong Kong at the same time.

Our water has been filtered, in-house, using the patented Natura filtration system, which involves three stages of active carbon filtration to reduce bacteria and eliminate impurities while retaining healthier, thirst-quenching minerals. It’s then bottled, and if you choose, carbonated, in re-usable glass bottles which means nothing is thrown away.
