It’s official! Beef & Liberty (licensed as PMQ Management Company Ltd, music sponsored by KEF) has popped up at PMQ bringing together three of our favourite things: Live Music, Hamburgers and Craft Beers. The restaurant will be open Sunday to Thursday at 12-9pm and Friday to Saturday at 12-11pm, with live music performances every Friday and Saturday night from 9pm.

New Year, New Drinks!

New Year, new drinks on the menu! We are pleased to announce that we are adding a range of speciality beers to our drinks menu, including Hitachino Lager from Japan (now on tap!) and Feral Hop Hog from Australia. And for all of you with a sweet tooth out there, our milkshakes are also getting an upgrade with flavours like Salted Caramel, Cookies & Cream and Boozy Coconut Hot Fudge (drool) being added to the list! Our new drinks menu will be available on January 18th!

Many thanks to everyone who stopped by our stalls this weekend at Clockenflap. We had such a great time and we hope you did too! While many of you are familiar with the Beef & Liberty Hong Kong brand, LEAVES & Liberty was a new concept we were trialling out to make sure that we cater to everyone's tastes and fancies on the day. And for sure those of you who had the pleasure of trying Chef Tomes' experimental beetroot burger, you'd know about its impressive 'juiciness' and 'meatiness'. A real feat! Point of this story? We friggin' love burgers. And will continue to innovate and play with new ingredients more and more with your support. So thanks, as always, for being our #1 fans!

The Sweet Baby Cheesus has competition this month with the launch of our heart-warming new Christmas cookie. Imagine this: our traditional chocolate chip cookie infused with port, cinnamon, ginger and orange zest, bits of raisins and honey walnuts on top. Oh, and don’t forget the cream! *Drool*

ZERO Waste Week

Let’s talk trash! It’s something we try to avoid – which is why we’re the first restaurant in Hong Kong to bring you our very own purified drinking water, so far avoiding sending more than 11,000 water bottles to landfill.

But in honour of Hong Kong’s very first Zero Waste Week (7-14 June), you may notice a few extra changes taking place at Beef & Liberty. Wrapped wet napkins will now only be available on request (for those extra sticky fingers) and we’ll soon be replacing all our plastic straws with biodegradable paper straws.

Two 100g beef patties, made from only grass-fed, hormone-free Tasmanian beef; layered with our special ‘secret’ sauce, pickles, iceberg lettuce, California Select cheddar cheese and diced white onions; all served in a triple-layered sesame crusted bun, made by artisan baker Gregoire Michaud. Let’s drink to that!

To try and reduce our carbon footprint we are offering an alternative to imported bottled water and helping to clean up Hong Kong at the same time.

Our water has been filtered, in-house, using the patented Natura filtration system, which involves three stages of active carbon filtration to reduce bacteria and eliminate impurities while retaining healthier, thirst-quenching minerals. It’s then bottled, and if you choose, carbonated, in re-usable glass bottles which means nothing is thrown away.

And it gets better. For each and every sale of this water, $5 will be donated to Hong Kong Cleanup, which educates and engages the community in reducing our trash footprint. A great reason to drink up.
