Until recently Hong Kong was a bit of a craft beer and hamburger desert, with the opening of Beef & Liberty we have changed that. We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients to use in our burger restaurant. All of our hamburgers are made from premium Tasmanian grass fed beef which is complemented with a striking array of fresh ingredients and innovative condiments like bacon jam, Cajun aioli, harissa yoghurt, and house pickles. Add one of our classic sides and wash it all down with a craft beer from our curated range and you have a gastronomic burger experience which is nothing short of extraordinary.
Although it would be fair to describe us as burger obsessed, our restaurant’s menu doesn’t begin and end there. A large part of burger cuisine is the sides and condiments that come with is, so we’ve devised an ingenious menu with a multiplicity of options to suit everyone. From the crispy chicken wings and craft beer to start to the decadent skillet cookie at the end, we have developed a fully fleshed out menu that caters to every set of taste buds.
