New Year, New Burger Special – The Smokey Wagyu

This month’s special is a collaboration with Chef Juan of Raw Eatery and Wood Grill. A grilled M7 Wagyu beef pattie, smoked and grilled foie gras, Mahon cheese and truffled mayo sandwiched between our signature buns and served with smoked eggplant aioli fries.

Burger Special – The Bloody Good Cheeseburger

The Bloody Good Cheeseburger takes our grass-fed beef patties, smoked bacon and American cheese adding dehydrated Celeriac and pickles which are then liberally drizzled with bloody mary ketchup. It’s a Bloody Good Cheeseburger if we say so ourselves.  Warning – we cannot be held responsible for ketchup lust you may develop from eating this;)

Burger Special – Lambrosia

This delicious Greek inspired lamb offering fit for the Gods is made with a grilled home made organic New Zealand lamb patty, topped with tzatziki, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mint and cucumber, sandwiched between our golden signature buns.

Why the name ‘Lambrosia’?

In ancient Greek myths, Ambrosia is the food or drink of the Greek Gods, conferring longevity and immortality upon whoever consumed it. It’s Beef & Liberty’s own playful twist on Greek mythology.

THE BIG GREEN EGG WEEKENDS BBQ LAUNCHES ON OUR SHANGHAI CENTRE TERRACE

Starting from April 21st to July 1st, we’ll be firing up our Big Green Egg BBQ every weekend from 11:30 to 3:30pm on our Shanghai Centre terrace. Come and feast on menus alternating each weekend with free-flow BBQ mains, appetizers, salads, sides, desserts and soft drinks. ¥258 per person for free-flow BBQ. Kids (up to the age of 14) at only ¥128. Add an optional free-flow at ¥138 for a booze deal (beers, house wines and prosecco). Tang Dynasty Comes

Our original craftwork for 2018. It is a gift package named “TANG DYNASTY COMES”. As the name has told already, we use the flourishing Tang Dynasty as the design concept, integrating the contemporary Pop art, adding different color contrast for the visual impact, and using different high-class art paper, finally to present you a collective handicraft that is really worth to have.

In addition to the cool and fashion design, we also put in every package with a total of valued RMB 503 gift vouchers to make it more than a craftwork.

Now the “ TANG DYNASTY COMES” is available at all our Shanghai restaurants but only with limited quantity of 100 each venue. You will have 2 ways of getting it:

  1. Direct buying it at RMB168
  2. Spending up to RMB1000 per table, you can have it for free.

First come, first served.

Liberty Post Office is always there to listen to your feelings. A letter, just a sentence, even just a word…

Write something to whom you would like to say something to but cannot speak out to (no matter long or short) and drop it into the Liberty Post Box. We will deliver these letters on your behalf for free.

Available at all our Shanghai locations. 

Tip:

  1. Please leave the valid recipient and addressee on the envelope.
  2. Please mark which date you want the letter to be sent to the recipient so that we can deliver the letter for you on time.
